Pi’ilani Hawaiian Civic of Colorado Annual Ho’olaule’a

The Pi’ilani Hawaiian Civic Club of Colorado, a 501(c)3 with Tax ID 84-1518901, is proud to announce the 6th Annual Ho’olaule’a. To be held Saturday, August 25th 2018, at the Highlands Ranch Civic Green Park, located at 9370 Ridgeline Blvd, Highlands Ranch, Colorado, 80129.

The Ho’olaule’a is a free event that celebrates Hawaiian and Polynesian culture, encouraging a spirit of Aloha between all peoples. Plans include entertainment, merchandise/food vendors, children’s activities and cultural arts demonstrations.

Ho’olaule’a hours are from 10:00am – 5:30pm, and is hosted by Highlands Ranch Metro District. In addition to being a celebration, the Ho’olaule’a is a way for Pi`ilani to give back to the communities that they support. The event has attracted more than 4000 attendees and over 100 cultural art demonstrators, performers, volunteers and support staff. Hula groups, entertainers and vendors came from all around the region including Colorado (Boulder, Colorado Springs, Fort Collins & Denver), California, New Mexico and Utah.

Monies raised by the Ho’olaule’a help provide resources for the under-served Hawaiian and Polynesian community in Colorado. Pi’ilani Hawaiian Civic Club of Colorado offers college scholarships, language and cultural classes, as well as civic and community service activities.
